I use this item almost everyday and I also have the sauna.
It’s great for targeting an area.

I have severe arthritis in left shoulder . I go to PT twice a week for it. Last 2 weeks I used desk lamp for , 15min twice a day 5 days a week. I have lessening of pain in movements but can't say much difference from adding lamp Yet 😁

Tried it on my dogs arthritis, only 4 treatments, she sleeps and snores. Treated my sore hand, wrist and elbow, it really helped. Experimenting on a chronic skin condition on my eyebrows, I see improvement and my husband is treating his carpal tunnel a little mobility improvement. My massage therapist used it on my hip and it eliminated the pain. I really want a relax sauna, hope it’s in my future..

Desktop Table Lamp

This is a wonderful device. My doctor recommended I get it and I’m very glad that I did. I’ve had respiratory issues and I use it each night before I sleep. It’s been helping tremendously. Very soothing and heat goes in deep into tissues. It was worth it!

East to use. Heats quickly. Soothing to area’s applied. Brings satisfying relief.

I have been using this lamp consistently for several weeks. It is reducing inflammation and yielding results in the areas I’m targeting. My young granddaughter enjoyed it when she had a cough. I’m looking forward to enjoying a full Relax Sauna as soon as I can.

Relax Far Infrared Table Lamp

Using on my right elbow, not sure there is any benefit after several weeks

I love my Relax Sauna lamp. No bulbs to crack, base is heavy and stable, small-so truly portable, easy to store and use. I can actually feel the heat penetrating deeply which is different from other red lights. I wish it had come with more info on how to use the lamp properly for the most effective results.
