Did not receive info to direct me how to use in duration and how often. Especially for different areas of the body. I feel I’m on my own and I’m not sure when, where and how much. I’m still kind of scared of it. So far I’ve not seen or feel any difference. Will continue cause I know it’s not going to be an over night devise to see work.
Just wish I had more direction.
I have only been using my table lamp to structure water. Otherwise, it is awkward and difficult to use to aim at various part of my body. I would really like to get a far infrared portable sauna. Can I return the table lamp?

Received FIR Desktop Lamp. It works well.
My wife and I sit in front of it while in operation while we eat breakfast.
It seems to raise our spirits in these dreary winter cloudy days in the Pacific Northwest.

When I don't have time to sit in the black sauna this still brings comfort, improves mood & feels so good.
