My metabolism had been affected by multiple surgeries, lack of activity and depression - from the surgeries. I never owned a personal sauna before. I had an interest in learning about saunas as I had used a "wet" and "dry" sauna before at my health club. What helped me get over "the hump" to purchase a personal Black Pro Sauna was a You Tube presentation by Dr. Boz, and Phil Wilson. It was most informative, as to the performance and features of this sauna and which Phil also suggested two book references which helped me make my decision.
The first time setting up the sauna takes some time, but once you get the hang of it, it is a breeze to take down and move. Phil indicated you can also conveniently pack it into a large suite case, which I will be doing in the near future when I take an extended trip.
Performance wise, it was everything as presented in the Dr. Box/Phil Wilson presentation. I did not sweat the first few times, but as I slowly extended my time in the sauna, I now get the full effect and benefits of sweat therapy and have worked up to the full 20-minute session.
I know it is a big dollar investment (for many) into your personal health plan. It is well made and performs as advertised. Take a few minutes to view the You Tube Presentation of Dr. Boz and Phil Wilson which will help you decide if this is for you. It was for me.

I have been going to the sauna and steam rooms at different fitness centers . This sauna is by far the most effective sauna for generating heat within the body. The outcome is amazing. I sweat like I never have before. It is a different , cleaner type sweat. I sometimes use it to start my day in the morning for 10-20 min to feel energized , and at night before bed I do 30-40 minutes for the ultimate sweat and relax session. It’s euphoric. It’s a great addiction to have.

Date is 12.01.25, location Tallinn, Estonia (northern Europe). I am 43 years old woman who has three children - 6, 7 and 9 years of age.
I have been enjoying Relax Sauna's effect on muscles most.
I train hard - have 6 trainings a week: running/sprinting, cross country skiing, kayak paddling on water or machine, swimming, strength straining.
And after each training session I get into my sauna and enjoy the relaxation it gives to my muscles and mind.
I'm carnivore (for 2 years) my muscles don't get much pain after heavy training, but there is a specific session with dumbbells' that still used to me make me sour for three days - not after being in sauna, it's amazing.
My husband likes to relax in there and get warm - it's winter in Estonia right now so it's a treat.
Children like using sauna also - 9 year old was there for 20 min for the first time.
6 year old had a residue cough for several weeks - one session in sauna and it was gone! So nice!
