I have been doing two saunas each day that last roughly 15 to 20 minutes each. I have done enough research about the far infrared sauna to understand the benefits that my body is experiencing. However, the most important indicator is the way I feel each day. Despite the fact that I have stage four lung melanoma, I feel great. I play a lot of disc golf and I’ve been playing better lately I’m sure because of my time in the FIR sauna. Additionally, I work out every day and so I’m very aware of my aerobic as well as general strength. There is no doubt in my mind that I am stronger, and my aerobic conditioning is better because of my time using the FIR sauna. Without hesitation I strongly recommend everybody use this FIR sauna to help their bodies, maximize their potential, both mentally and physically.
