2 day shipping was nice. Sauna felt hotter again also.

I love it! I was not aware I needed a separate designated outlet for the sauna. Thank goodness I actually had one.
It was easily set up; however, I am disappointed with the function. Specific parts of my body (back of arms and lower feet) are extremely hot after only 12+ minutes. To endure longer times, I need to protect the skin with covering such as towel. Currently I'm able to use the sauna for 20 minutes by wearing a long sleeve shirt and knee length stockings. I cover the chair with towels, so no contact is mabe with any metal. I'm 73" and weigh 235lbs.
This product has helped me reduce the pain from inflammation in my joints and improved my overall feeling of health. I do recommend 30 minutes minimum for a true experience but you may need to work up to that.
I am loving my Relax infrared sauna! I can use it anytime, it gets hot fast and stays hot. I feel like I am underwater when I start sweating and it’s such a relaxing feeling.
I also notice my muscles are more limber when I go to hot yoga and the heat in the class doesn’t bother me as much. I do love it . I’ve waited a long time to get one, glad I finally did!
I LOVE my sauna, but it’s not made for short people. My head barely reaches out of neck hole. Tent neck hole hits me at the mouth. So if you are less than 5’2” consider that. I wish chair had an adjustable height. Other than that it’s wonderful!! Love having it set up in my house, so convenient, so portable, and makes me feel great!!
I went with the silver. It was less expensive than the black. I am grateful to have access to this product. I like the portability (even though I don't plan to travel with it) and the accessibility of it (I can have it in my place). I live in rural Alaska and hoping this will improve my quality of life, especially this winter. I first heard about it from Brendan Moorehead. One aspect of this sauna that I really like is the head opening. I can monitor what is going on around me and also heat my body without getting my head too hot. I have been using a towel around my neck to close the gap between the sauna and my neck, so the heat is retained in the unit, and I can tilt my head back a little with the towel on my neck.
So good for our health. The whole family loves it!
Been using the sauna for 3weeks. I sweat a lot, but it's different from when I'm exercising. It's an oily, sticky sweat, (heavy metals coming out). My skin was soft before, but now it is ridiculously soft. I don"t need to put on lotion or oil, I can shower and go. Colleagues have noticed the difference too. Its fast, 20 min, and I'm done. Highly recommend it for anyone who is serious about their own self care and wellness practice. It's an investment in your own health.
I enjoy this sauna. I used to get the “telephone booth” style, and then a mummy-style that damaged me with EMF too close. This sauna heats up quickly, so I don’t spend too much time in EMF, and does a great job in 25 minutes total !! Wish I’d found this silver sauna years earlier.
It heats up really fast. I always feel relaxed afterwards.
I've been using the Relax Sauna for 13 days now. I started at 10 minutes for 2 days, and am now at 15 minutes daily. I've been doing a lot of heavy yardwork and usually would not be able to sleep at night because of carpal tunnel pain caused by all the clipping, digging, lugging, etc. But I haven't experienced any carpal tunnel pain at all. Absolutely amazing to me. And I'm not taking any anti-inflammatory, over-the-counter meds, either. I'm also noticing more energy because I'm doing more projects and wanting to do more projects, when I would usually just be thinking about doing projects and planning to wait until it's less hot and humid here. Hence, the title of this review. I can't think of anything else I've done for my health and well-being that has affected me as quickly as the daily Relax Sauna treatment. I'm really glad that I "splurged" on purchasing it. My husband is using it, too.

After years of research, I am so glad I discovered Relax Saunas!! I use it every single day and sometimes twice a day! I was someone who could sit in a dry sauna for 45 minutes plus and still want more! With this sauna I feel so
great within minutes, sweating within 6-7 minutes, and a full body sweat within 11 minutes. I prefer to do 25 min sessions and couldn’t be happier that I don’t have to leave the house or preheat to the greatest benefits a sauna could offer. My only regret is I wish I owned one sooner!
I can’t believe I was about to get rid of my old sauna but I am SUPER HAPPY I KEPT IT! It still works like brand new even after 6 years! I live in Los Angeles CA and i constantly eat out and sometimes i cannot work out regularly so i sit in this to do my detox. All I do is enjoy my time and meditate. I do this morning and night so I can feel great throughout my day and also get great sleep. I want to save money to be able to purchase the lamps because I want my cat to get help too as she is 6 years young now. I want her to always be healthy and strong.
