Relax Sauna uses semiconductor chips that filter out all of the non-far Infrared light. Your body can absorb the far infrared light without having to resist any of the non-healing light rays. Relax Sauna's dual 700w radiators generate the most beneficial far infrared light available. No other sauna has this patented technology.
All sit-up saunas come with chair and carry bag. Chair is currently rated by the manufacturer for about 220lbs. Over that, use your own weight-rated metal chair or stool and cover with a towel. (Some owners over 220 lbs up to 345lbs tell us they use the chair.)
The dimensions of the Silver Relax Sauna is 32" x 32" x 46". The carry bag weighs 18 lbs., chair separate. For airline travel, everything can fit into an oversize hard suitcase. Or a smaller suitcase, and borrow a metal chair or stool.

So far i like it ! Although ive only had it for a week . Ive used it everyday . Im 6-4 and i fit in it ok . It gets warm fast ,im sweating pretty good at 20 minutes and have spent at the most about 25 minutes and enough ill keep usung it regularly and see where it takes me after reading about all the benefits one could gain health wise by regular use . Ive seen a story or two about the zipper being a problem for somebody so im careful not to be crazy with it and i will care for it ive really inly seem one negative review on it so im hopeful it will last .

Love Having a New Tent!
We have had our Relax Far Infrared Sauna for probably ten years... it was time to replace the tent, the zippers were getting stiff, one pull had come off, and it was just a little smelly! We use towels inside, on the seat and over the foot rests but none the less, after ten years, it was time for a refresh. We ordered the new silver tent and received it within days. It was super easy to set up, and it's perfect! The zippers are smooth, everything fit right back where it belongs and it still works like a dream. This sauna was a fantastic investment and I was happy to spend a little to freshen up our experience. I highly recommend this Relax Sauna if you have space constraints or want something more portable!

So far I love my sauna. It really gets me sweating! I have some pain in my toe from an accident and after sitting in the sauna my toe pain was reduced significantly. It is also very relaxing.

I had lost the sauna poles in a move and the replacement poles came in about 10 days after I ordered them and are perfect. I appreciate that I can buy replacement parts.

I've experimented & settled on 20mins before bed & 25mins after awakening. Have to drink a LOT more water during the day, even though I was already hydrating well before getting/using it.
