Date is 12.01.25, location Tallinn, Estonia (northern Europe). I am 43 years old woman who has three children - 6, 7 and 9 years of age.
I have been enjoying Relax Sauna's effect on muscles most.
I train hard - have 6 trainings a week: running/sprinting, cross country skiing, kayak paddling on water or machine, swimming, strength straining.
And after each training session I get into my sauna and enjoy the relaxation it gives to my muscles and mind.
I'm carnivore (for 2 years) my muscles don't get much pain after heavy training, but there is a specific session with dumbbells' that still used to me make me sour for three days - not after being in sauna, it's amazing.
My husband likes to relax in there and get warm - it's winter in Estonia right now so it's a treat.
Children like using sauna also - 9 year old was there for 20 min for the first time.
6 year old had a residue cough for several weeks - one session in sauna and it was gone! So nice!
I often use it twice a day. Wonderful every time!
