Great easy to use Sauna for great health

My wife and I have been using it almost daily and sometimes twice. It is definitely relaxing and we get a great sweat. Hoping its doing as much good as it feels.

The far infrared desk lamp is so handy to use on specific areas of my body that are achy or just in need of some additional healing. The base is weighted so as to not tip over when put in various positions. I also plan to use it to structure water.

I have never been in a sauna before purchasing the relaxed sauna. I cannot compare it to any other. I have never been one to sweat my entire life.
