I had one of the “trendier” saunas and ended up throwing it in the dumpster after using the Relax Sauna! The Relax Sauna has been a game changer for not just me but my entire family! Plus the customer service was amazing - they answer the phone, return calls, and respond to emails so fast! Thank you guys!!

This sauna is so impressive ! Very well made and the effects are amazing ! The feeling of euphoria afterwards is wonderful !

I get a great sweat! My mom uses 5-10 minutes twice a day and her blood pressure has come down. Only had it for two weeks but I love it.

The sauna was easy to set up and use. The whole family loves to use it. It heats up quickly and I love the hand zippers to be able to read while I sauna. It takes me about 15 minutes to begin sweating, but I’m warm almost right away.

Sauna heats up quickly and, with your head outside the heat, your hair doesn’t get dried out like when using the full body saunas, which we also have. Easy to keep clean.

Looking forward to buying the sauna but this will do for now. It is helping with my sinuses and local pain when it arises.

I'm happy with the Relax sauna and how it takes very little time to achieve what I'm wanting it to do.... In 15 minutes you're able to get right into a good sweat...I also like that my head is outside of the heat making it more tolerable....

Gastroparesis, acid reflux and vagus nerve damage was the main reason I purchased the sauna. I can’t believe all the improvements I received immediately after starting session's in the sauna. The minute I have gastro issues I get in the sauna and about 10 minutes in my stomach calms down. So pleased with the improvements in my health! Would highly recommend for an investment in improving your health!

I'm not really sure what I think about it. I've never done much research on the sauna, got it because of green smoothie girl...
I'd like to know more about it because I'm not getting great results in my opinion.
I'd like to know how long to use it depending on what I'm working on. For example; arthritis pain, how long to stay inside.
Parasite, how long until you see results?
Viruses, how long, how many days?
So, that's what I need to know.

I love that it takes up such little space when folded up. It’s easy to move around. It heats up quickly and heat is felt to all body parts equally. There’s a quality sensed of the heat that feels so good…. Thank you!!

Feels great and relaxing. Back felt a lot better after session. Haven’t use a lot yet but I am so glad I have it.
