Some of the best money I’ve ever spent. Worth every penny! I had a two person infrared sauna that took a long time to heat up, and I would hardly sweat! This was the total opposite! It heats up in just a few minutes and I sweat profusely after 15 minutes! Hallelujah!!!!

I have used regular heat saunas in the gym, especially while I was in the military and when I lived near enough to use on-post gym facilities. Now (in my 70s) I do not want to go to a gym but I stay active (wrangling grandchildren :-).) I do still try to stay healthy and wanted to sweat out toxins in the winter as much as I do in the summer. This is a convenient way to do it, and I use it much more than I would go to a gym! I can't say I have noticed physical benefits in the short time I have had it, but it does make me sweat profusely and I enjoy using it.

Absolutely love it! I can only make it 20 mins now, but working up to 30. I have to cover the back of my legs with a towel and cover my toes with folded sock because it can get a little too warm on those areas for me. Overall I give it a 10 out of 10.
I used my friend's Relax FIR sauna and loved it. But I wasn't sure I needed to spend $1700. My Instagram feed was flooded with less expensive alternatives. My AI research even said they were just as good. But then I noticed customers weren't rating the alternatives very highly. It turned out that third party research only checks right out of the box whereas customers were giving their real life experiences. For instance, when a company says they have a 30-day money back guarantee, many have small print that says "only if it's unopened". Once I realized these inconsistencies, I ponied up to the Relax Silver Elite. It was amazingly easy to put together - once I ditched the paper instructions. I found several helpful YouTube videos that made set up a breeze. It heats up quickly with no issues.

I purchased the tabletop lamp because I have had 5 knee injuries in 3 years and thought it may help with exacerbations. I was right! Just a few minutes with my lamp puts my knee back on track to recovery. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! AND NIC!!!
I have been using my relax sauna for two weeks and I have less pain and more energy. I also just feel happy. This is an amazing product and I 100 percent recommend this for anyone especially if you have chronic illness.
