Third day using and it get really hot. Set timer to 30 min and wait about 10 min for it to heat up. After 20 min inside I'm drenched.
Only thing id ask for is just a little bigger. Im 6’0’
220 and its a pretty tight fit.

I love the sauna. I’ve used it every day since I’ve had it. It gets a good sweat going. Mostly use it right after I’ve worked out.

We use our sauna almost every day! It is now part of my wind down routine after work. It relaxes any tension away and knowing that we are also benefiting from the infrared is huge. Everyone should own one, totally worth the investment in your health!!

I’m using the sauna every day. I hope to improve my health. I have a lot of headaches and so I put my head in when I use the sauna. I do not sweat yet, but I know that that is supposed to occur after using the sauna for a while. I am aware that it is important that I sweat.
I am grateful to God that I was able to purchase the sauna. It is too soon to tell if it is making a big change or correction in my health. So ask me again in about a month.

I simply love my Relax Sauna, for its warmth and for the relax feeling when I use it. My husband and I do use it everyday at least once and our goal is twice daily.

So far i like it ! Although ive only had it for a week . Ive used it everyday . Im 6-4 and i fit in it ok . It gets warm fast ,im sweating pretty good at 20 minutes and have spent at the most about 25 minutes and enough ill keep usung it regularly and see where it takes me after reading about all the benefits one could gain health wise by regular use . Ive seen a story or two about the zipper being a problem for somebody so im careful not to be crazy with it and i will care for it ive really inly seem one negative review on it so im hopeful it will last .

I have been having shoulder issues for several years, and my shoulder pain and ROM have improved since I started using the sauna

We have had our Relax Far Infrared Sauna for probably ten years... it was time to replace the tent, the zippers were getting stiff, one pull had come off, and it was just a little smelly! We use towels inside, on the seat and over the foot rests but none the less, after ten years, it was time for a refresh. We ordered the new silver tent and received it within days. It was super easy to set up, and it's perfect! The zippers are smooth, everything fit right back where it belongs and it still works like a dream. This sauna was a fantastic investment and I was happy to spend a little to freshen up our experience. I highly recommend this Relax Sauna if you have space constraints or want something more portable!

So far I love my sauna. It really gets me sweating! I have some pain in my toe from an accident and after sitting in the sauna my toe pain was reduced significantly. It is also very relaxing.

This is an amazing piece of equipment. We are feeling great effects from using it & are so glad we made this investment!

Just got it and used the 10 min settings a couple times. Felt better afterwards and prevent soreness after long workout first day I used it. Looking forward to the sweat sessions when I have more time this weekend.
