I LOVE IT! I probably use it 3 times a day for 7 minutes. I take water aerobics early in the morning 5 days a week and it’s cold. I go in there for 7 minutes before and after class

I ordered the far infared desk lap and far infared sauna. I'm really happy I got the lamp as it's very useful to use sitting at my desk or if I just need to target a specific area. My husband enjoys it more than the full sauna as he doesn't like being too hot and he can just use it where needed.

This is my first experience using a sauna. It was expeditiously delivered. I used it the first day and was so impressed how quickly it warmed up and I started sweating in 10 minutes. I have used it for a week and the first thing I noticed was how soft and moisturized my skin was after showering. No lotion needed. I am excited to continue to reap the benefits of FIR.
Mine became... crusty... after a few years of using this sauna regularly. Replaced the tent once, now the caps... and back for another 8 weeks of daily use and ready to do a 30 day treatment in the Dr. Reed method in a few months.
