Fantastic so far! Works as expected, really enjoying it!
Loved the concept, price point and portability of this sauna. However, when I try to go hotter, I find it hard to keep my feet from burning. The “so called” support rods in the front do not stay put; they are always falling back. And, the idea of securing the timer on the side seam doesn’t seem to work either. It falls off or comes loose.
Although it was delivered I have only used it the last 10 days twice a day for 30 mins each time and I absolutely love it.
I considered all the sauna options for several years. DrBoz’s review & you tube video convinced me, happy I did.
I’ve only used it for one week, but one thing I noticed right away is how quickly I begin perspiring. There is no heat up time; just get in and start. Also, I’m working my way up to a longer time. Started with 7 min and I’m up to 13 min. When I did 13 min and it flicked off when time was up, I decided to stay in the sauna until the sweat stopped pouring out of me. I probably sat there more than 5 more min and a continued to pour sweat all that time! 👏🏼 I def was one of those ppl who wanted a great wood/glass sauna installed at my house, but that dream felt inaccessible after years of waiting, so I “caved” and got this one. It might not be “pretty” but what matters is IT WORKS. I’m a new fan!
This does not seem like meets the price asked. The temperature should be able to be accurately set. Currently, the longer in the sauna, the hotter it gets. This is not good.
We have a 2 person far infrared sauna that we used for years until Phil demonstrated the Relax Sauna.
What a difference. You feel the penetration immediately. The fact that we can fit it into a suitcase and bring it with us when traveling is a bonus!
Haven’t noticed any health benefits at all.
I have been doing two saunas each day that last roughly 15 to 20 minutes each. I have done enough research about the far infrared sauna to understand the benefits that my body is experiencing. However, the most important indicator is the way I feel each day. Despite the fact that I have stage four lung melanoma, I feel great. I play a lot of disc golf and I’ve been playing better lately I’m sure because of my time in the FIR sauna. Additionally, I work out every day and so I’m very aware of my aerobic as well as general strength. There is no doubt in my mind that I am stronger, and my aerobic conditioning is better because of my time using the FIR sauna. Without hesitation I strongly recommend everybody use this FIR sauna to help their bodies, maximize their potential, both mentally and physically.
The Relax Sauna is very powerful and has helped my severe muscle spasms.
