Both the Relax Silver Elite and Relax Black Pro saunas use the same patented dual FIR (Far Infrared) conductor system, meaning the core heating elements and infrared output are identical in both models.

The Black Pro sauna features an upgraded, thicker, and more reinforced tent material lined with silver on the inside for enhanced reflectivity and heat retention. This results in faster warm-up times, greater heat intensity, and better overall efficiency. The upgraded material is ideal for professional settings where the sauna may be used 15 to 20 times per day.
Because of its superior insulation, the Black Pro sauna allows for shorter session times while achieving the same or stronger effects.

We throughly enjoy our new Relax sauna. The infrared heating feels different than either a dry or steam sauna, but in a good way. The compact size fits easily in our laundry room. We would not have had room for a traditional sauna.
Although we have only had our sauna for a couple weeks, we are already experiencing joint pain relief when using it. I don’t know how to describe the detoxification benefits but we definitely feel better after using our sauna. We subscribed to the Relax Sauna emails and the educational tips and zoom meetings are very educational. Definitely a 5 star sauna.
When I recently learned that a sauna is the best way to to release toxins and clean the liver along with many other benefits, I decided to buy a relax sauna. I owned a relax sauna about 15 years ago but did not use it very much so I gave it away. Now with the enormous increase in toxins in our environment, I was looking for the most effective way to take care of my body. I feel a difference in my energy already in the first two weeks of having it. My diet is very nutrient dense and clean, and having a really effective way to detox my body is extremely important in these times that we live in!
The best relaxed, infrared sun and the entire world. Every household should have one.
Works fine
Certainly feels good on my numbing tingling fingers, hoping to bring them back to life with blood circulation.
We’ve had this sauna for 5 years my whole family used it consistently and my wife religiously as well as anyone else who was in need. The zipper finally broke so got a new skin. Ready for five more years
Silver Elite Sauna
I like the Black Pro Sauna and would give it a 5 star but it burns our right leg if we don't shield it with something. The left side is fine so I know it is a flaw in the right side.
This is an update to my previous 1 star rating on my Relax Back Pro Sauna. I wanted to give it a 5 star as I do like the unit a lot but I was not happy with it burning my right leg as you can see in my first rating.
Relax Sauna read my review and contacted me. I told Amy my issues and she said they would look into it. I never asked for them to do anything but in a couple of days I got an email stating that they were sending me new heaters with a prepaid return label for the old ones. The new ones work great.
We really enjoy our sauna and highly recommend it. 5 stars for sauna, 10 stars for customer service.

I LOVE IT! I probably use it 3 times a day for 7 minutes. I take water aerobics early in the morning 5 days a week and it’s cold. I go in there for 7 minutes before and after class
Love my sauna. Use it almost every night. I have rheumatoid arthritis and it has definitely helped improve my joint pain.
