I grew up in the heat and humidity of Florida. Starting at age 40 I began to rollerblade 16 miles per day. At best, my body got clammy-never sweating. Now at 72 I bought my relax sauna 34 days ago. Now at the 10 minute mark I am clammy. At the 15 minute mark drops begin to run down my arms, torso and legs. At the 20 minute mark there is a full cascade of sweat. HexTex fabric is phenomenal. Thank you for sending a sample and creating this product. I obviously haven't measured my alpha and theta brainwave activity, but I’ve been really impressed with the effects, especially the overall calm and clarity. They are subtle, but they are there. I sleep with it under my pillow case and if I need a nap, I bring my pillow to the couch and I'm dozing off in no time.
I noticed that I fell asleep right away and when I did get up 7 hours later, I felt great! Energized and ready for that day. Normally I would wake up a couple of times during the night, but since using HexTex Halo I am experiencing deep peaceful sleep!!
