I ordered the far infared desk lap and far infared sauna. I'm really happy I got the lamp as it's very useful to use sitting at my desk or if I just need to target a specific area. My husband enjoys it more than the full sauna as he doesn't like being too hot and he can just use it where needed.
Muy buena sauna
This is my first experience using a sauna. It was expeditiously delivered. I used it the first day and was so impressed how quickly it warmed up and I started sweating in 10 minutes. I have used it for a week and the first thing I noticed was how soft and moisturized my skin was after showering. No lotion needed. I am excited to continue to reap the benefits of FIR.
Mine became... crusty... after a few years of using this sauna regularly. Replaced the tent once, now the caps... and back for another 8 weeks of daily use and ready to do a 30 day treatment in the Dr. Reed method in a few months.

The Silver Elite Sauna exceeds my expectations. I prefer this sauna method over my Hot Tub since the Hot Tub is outside and requires time to setup and tidy up when done. It also requires lots of maintenance and consumes power 24/7. The Silver Elite Sauna works indoors and helps heat the house during winter. Very little setup and tidy up. It is more efficient and costs less to maintain. My chronic neck pain gets almost instant relief and lasts a long time.
It runs very quietly, takes up little space and heats us quick. I love this sauna! Aside for the many health benefits, I fall asleep much faster and sleep better on the days I use it. Highly recommend!
I have studied a lot of sauna. After listening to Dr. Boz review this sauna, who studied saunas extensively, this is really the only one out there that does the job! Have had it and been using it for about a week. I sweat much faster than in the big one I bought. Highly recommend this sauna.
