One thing I would change is having one pole that is specifically for the side you put the controls on. Having matching poles on each side is not conducive to a control panel that will stay put.

I used the lamp for 3 15 min sessions throughout the day and my sciatica symptoms disappeared! Usually would last for 3-4 days! So easy to use!!

We are enjoying the sauna. 15-17 minutes and we are dripping with sweat. Gives a boost of energy about 30 minutes later.
I love the way it heats up! However the assembly instructions were not written by English speakers and did not make sense in some places and did not include how to place the controller which repeatedly fell off until I figured it out on my own. There is also no phone number, email address or website for support included in the paperwork that comes with the unit.
