I have very pleased with the results from this infrared sauna. Been using it first thing in morning and discovered the usual joint stiffness and aches and pains are amazingly decreased right away. It was easy to set up it gets hot quickly. It’s also easy to clean. I specifically like the feature that my head is not in the sauna to help preserve the skin quality.

I’ve had the sauna for about a month now and it had been great so far. I can’t say I feel any different or have experienced any relief from muscular pain, but I do enjoy the relaxation that I feel after using it. I look forward to feeling the benefits that the sauna provides.
