It's an amazing experience for an active lifestyle, perfect for breaking up your day and reenergizing when needed. I couldn't believe how fast I recognized physical benefits. I've got lingering sports related inquires - nerve damage, muscle tightness, sore joints. After only a couple of sauna's I was feeling 15 years younger again.

Fuses for the sauna radiators

First time, 20 minutes. My body felt like I had run 10 miles. Since then not so much. But do feel it in my body. I make sure it's the last thing I do in the day. I'm not worth anything afterward. Thank You. I love my Infrared Sauna.

We have been using the sauna daily for the 2 weeks since delivery. It certainly gives a great feeling of well being. My husband was recommended to use it by his doctor in order to detoxify. Too early as yet to get results
