This is absolutely one of the very best and favorite tools! It can be thought of as the massage tool for massage therapists and people alike.
Have you ever needed a deep tissue massage with no one available to work on you?
Well, with the Acu-masseur, you can do it yourself! By pulling the red string with one hand and drawing it from the back to the front, one can then set the position of the red knobs to wonderfully massage particular muscles such as the trapezius muscles and the rhomboids. Holding both ends of the Acu-Masseur, without using the string, position the red knobs, now breathe slowly into the muscles and feel incredible releases. It's great on the neck, shoulders, hamstrings, quads & arms.
This is a massage tool that one has to try to believe. Hard to get points on the shoulders and neck are easily accessed by the golf-ball like knobs and the bow-like Acu-Masseur. If you have problems in the traps - No problem! Strip the TFL band. This tool can also reach trigger points by lying on it, and then pulling up. Simply Awesome!

Easy to set up and to pack up. Warms up in only a few minutes but then it makes you sweat! Sensible zipper slots so you can hold a book or phone while in the sauna. Looking forward to many years of sauna-health.
My Wife and I have been using the Relax Sauna Every day! Very comforting! Slowly increasing the time each day and watching for any changes in our aches and pains. Both of us are in our 70s so we have plenty of room for improvement! I have noticed reduced swelling in my feet, and was stung by over twenty bees 3 days ago. After work I assembled the sauna. My bursitis was so bad I had to take Alive today. With my first 10 minute protocol using dual heat, I feel much better. LOL, I could even take the garbage out.

Third day using and it get really hot. Set timer to 30 min and wait about 10 min for it to heat up. After 20 min inside I'm drenched.
Only thing id ask for is just a little bigger. Im 6’0’

I love the sauna. I’ve used it every day since I’ve had it. It gets a good sweat going. Mostly use it right after I’ve worked out.
We use our sauna almost every day! It is now part of my wind down routine after work. It relaxes any tension away and knowing that we are also benefiting from the infrared is huge. Everyone should own one, totally worth the investment in your health!!
I’m using the sauna every day. I hope to improve my health. I have a lot of headaches and so I put my head in when I use the sauna. I do not sweat yet, but I know that that is supposed to occur after using the sauna for a while. I am aware that it is important that I sweat.
I am grateful to God that I was able to purchase the sauna. It is too soon to tell if it is making a big change or correction in my health. So ask me again in about a month.
