Raylieve Stick (65 mL) brings the same FIR-emissive mineral technology into a precision wax-stick format engineered for targeted, on-demand relief. Some of the best money I’ve ever spent. Worth every penny! I had a two person infrared sauna that took a long time to heat up, and I would hardly sweat! This was the total opposite! It heats up in just a few minutes and I sweat profusely after 15 minutes! Hallelujah!!!!

I have used regular heat saunas in the gym, especially while I was in the military and when I lived near enough to use on-post gym facilities. Now (in my 70s) I do not want to go to a gym but I stay active (wrangling grandchildren :-).) I do still try to stay healthy and wanted to sweat out toxins in the winter as much as I do in the summer. This is a convenient way to do it, and I use it much more than I would go to a gym! I can't say I have noticed physical benefits in the short time I have had it, but it does make me sweat profusely and I enjoy using it.
With the replacement parts, my relax sauna looks like new!
