We are noticeably feeling the detox effects of this sauna. We both have been on the carnivore journey for the past year and our health has improved so much. The sauna was the missing piece on our health journey. We have had better sleep, weight loss, improved moods and just general feeling of well being.

Very easy to pu together. So far I'm loving it.
I've never sweat like that before. I find it relaxing specially in the evening.
