Our shipping and handling fee for saunas are $50. We ship orders until 4:00 pm EST M-F, except U.S. holidays. The Silver & Black sauna box weighs 33lbs and the BOX dimensions are 28x21x12. If you have any questions please contact us.

We mostly ship with FedEx. Orders are shipped without delivery signature requirements unless otherwise requested (additional fees apply). We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the carrier claims delivery. If you do not receive a package, in which delivery is confirmed by the carrier, we will help you to contact the carrier to try and resolve the issue. For additional protection against loss or damage, we recommend you purchase a signature service at the time your order is placed (for an additional fee). Please specify any special shipping instructions (Specific Carrier, Overnight Delivery , 2Day Delivery, Signature Requirement, Insurance, etc.) at the time your order is placed. Additional fees may apply.

Including Alaska, Hawaii, Foreign U.S. Military Addresses & U.S. Territories (i.e. Puerto Rico) The cost is $200.00.

We ship internationally by using DHL or UPS. International items are considered custom order and the shipping/ conversion cost is non refundable. International shipping time varies depending on your location, on average you will most likely receive your sauna in 2-3 weeks.

The recipient of the international shipment, is wholly responsible for resolving ALL customs charges and fees. If you refuse to resolve any customs issue that is either out of our control or out of the parcel carriers' control and results in the package being held at customs, then you forfeit any possible reimbursement of the product cost and/or shipping cost. I've used my Relax Sauna for about two weeks now'about 4 days per week'' often for 20 minutes or more each time. I've been able to sweat quite profusely--in minutes'' comfortably. I feel great afterwards following a shower with a chlorine filter. I've used the Relax Sauna only at night and think I have more restful sleep. It also seems to help me with reducing my morning anxiety the following mornings. I plan to continue using it to regularly to detoxify from chemicals I've been exposed to in the past and to improve my overall health. I would like to take a moment to thank Phil Wilson. I enjoyed watching and listening to video interviews and presentations you gave about Far Infrared technology posted by Relax Sauna and other YouTube channels. My Brother and SIL recommended Relax Sauna to us. We had been wanting to purchase for a year or so and finally pulled the trigger and so happy we did. I am using now almost every other day for about 20 minutes but hope to ramp up to daily soon.It was very easy to install and start to use.I do not really sweat that much but love the therapeutic and health advantages of detoxing in just a short amount of time daily.As the name suggests, also very relaxing and so fast to heat up.So happy for our new sauna!

I absolutely LOVE my new experience. I feel so relaxed and ready to sleep after my daily hot saunas in the evenings. I always struggled with falling asleep but this thing is a miracle. I love the Relax sauna. It was delivered on time, easy to set up and heats up as promised. It gets to 160 F within 10 minutes of being started and I work up a great sweat within 15-20 minutes. Takes up very little room in my basement and does not have any off smells. Great product so far.

This sauna is large enough for most people, but stores quite easily. It warms up fast thanks to fans that blow heat around the sauna. Its very light to move and a breeze to operate. I have used mine almost every day since it arrived. I will give it 5 stars for the features and design. You will no be disappointed.

One of the best investments I have made ...
Before purchasing the Relax Far infrared sauna I had used a large wooden far infrared sauna. The wooden sauna took almost an hour to heat up to the target temperature and had a few cold spots. It took about 40 minutes to start lightly sweating in the wooden sauna. The Relax far infrared, takes minutes to heat and I typically start sweating (drenched) in about 10 -12 minutes. This sauna is a part of my detox regimen, after workout routine and/or before bed. It relaxes the body and mind. It is portable and does not take up much space. I highly recommend!
