Our shipping and handling fee for saunas are $50. We ship orders until 4:00 pm EST M-F, except U.S. holidays. The Silver & Black sauna box weighs 33lbs and the BOX dimensions are 28x21x12. If you have any questions please contact us.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL U.S.:
We mostly ship with FedEx. Orders are shipped without delivery signature requirements unless otherwise requested (additional fees apply). We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the carrier claims delivery. If you do not receive a package, in which delivery is confirmed by the carrier, we will help you to contact the carrier to try and resolve the issue. For additional protection against loss or damage, we recommend you purchase a signature service at the time your order is placed (for an additional fee). Please specify any special shipping instructions (Specific Carrier, Overnight Delivery , 2Day Delivery, Signature Requirement, Insurance, etc.) at the time your order is placed. Additional fees may apply.

Including Alaska, Hawaii, Foreign U.S. Military Addresses & U.S. Territories (i.e. Puerto Rico) The cost is $200.00.
-INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES:
We ship internationally by using DHL or UPS. International items are considered custom order and the shipping/ conversion cost is non refundable. International shipping time varies depending on your location, on average you will most likely receive your sauna in 2-3 weeks.
-INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS:
The recipient of the international shipment, is wholly responsible for resolving ALL customs charges and fees. If you refuse to resolve any customs issue that is either out of our control or out of the parcel carriers' control and results in the package being held at customs, then you forfeit any possible reimbursement of the product cost and/or shipping cost. International items are considered custom order and the shipping conversion cost is non refundable.

I've used my Relax Sauna for about two weeks now'about 4 days per week'' often for 20 minutes or more each time. I've been able to sweat quite profusely--in minutes'' comfortably. I feel great afterwards following a shower with a chlorine filter. I've used the Relax Sauna only at night and think I have more restful sleep. It also seems to help me with reducing my morning anxiety the following mornings. I plan to continue using it to regularly to detoxify from chemicals I've been exposed to in the past and to improve my overall health. I would like to take a moment to thank Phil Wilson. My Brother and SIL recommended Relax Sauna to us. We had been wanting to purchase for a year or so and finally pulled the trigger and so happy we did. I am using now almost every other day for about 20 minutes but hope to ramp up to daily soon.It was very easy to install and start to use.I do not really sweat that much but love the therapeutic and health advantages of detoxing in just a short amount of time daily.As the name suggests, also very relaxing and so fast to heat up.So happy for our new sauna!

I absolutely LOVE my new experience. I feel so relaxed and ready to sleep after my daily hot saunas in the evenings. I always struggled with falling asleep but this thing is a miracle. Definitely brings you to a sweat!
I am enjoying my Relax Sauna. Within minutes it brings me to a sweat. It was challenging to find a place in my home where it was somewhat tucked away and on it's own outlet. I have to wear clothes in it otherwise I feel like it's burning my skin. The zippers get extremely hot and cannot touch your skin. But it's definitely helping with my blood sugars.

So far so good!
I like the sauna but I’ve only had it a couple of weeks. It’s definitely a different experience from a walk in infrared sauna. The heaters get really hot on the back of my legs. I wish that the zipper was two ways and I could open the door from the bottom. I’m a little Leary about the controller as well and its ability to stay put. It hasn’t fallen off yet, but I wish it set on the there with a little more stability.
