We purchased a replacement tent and new poles after using our sauna for 20 years. Increased sweating with new tent and poles work great. My husband and I use our sauna at least 5 days a week. We have no pain and we are both in our 70 s!
The sauna is the best I have encountered. It heats up quickly, the chair is comfortable and I was sweaty and relaxed when i got out and that was only 20 minutes 😅😅 Thank you.

Sauna was easy to set up. I watched the video in the link as well as another that popped up on YouTube that was a bit more detailed. I was unable to get it set up for the first 4 days after it arrived as we went out of town. I have used it almost every day since then I’ve worked up to about 10 minutes now. It is enough to create a small amount of sweat. I don’t sweat much usually I do get relief of sciatic pain and muscle cramps I’m hoping to get better sleep and lower BP as time goes by
My husband and I use it every morning after our workout or walking. I recommend to everyone
